De-Escalation Training
Treating people with dignity and respect should be at the forefront of every encounter someone makes in both personal and professional settings. There are multiple training options and each one is unique.
Adaptations will be made to best suit your organization and community. Techniques discussed are designed to reduce violent and/or disruptive behaviors and reduce and eliminate the risk of violence through verbal and nonverbal communications. Every situation is dynamic and how we react and respond will be the basis of creating a positive outcome.

Personal Safety
A person needs the three elements of opportunity, ability, and desire to commit a crime. A majority of crimes are committed because the individual has been given the opportunity. The goal is to limit the opportunities available to that individual.
In this presentation, I will provide strategies to keep one's personal-self safe at home, at work, and in public. An emphasis is placed on being aware of surroundings (PAYING ATTENTION!) and taking appropriate actions to reduce the opportunity of becoming a victim of crime.
